1 onion
1 bunch parsley
250g cooked ham
50g Parmesan cheese
1 egg
250ml milk
Nutmeg, grated
1 litre water
1 pinch salt
250g tagliatelle
Procedure
Peel and dice the onion. Wash the parsley, pick the leaves and chop finely. Cut the ham into strips and grate the cheese.
Mix the egg, milk, chopped parsley and a pinch of nutmeg in a measuring cup and set aside.
Bring water to the boil on the stove and add a pinch of salt. Cook the tagliatelle 2 minutes shorter than given on the pack.
Place the baking dish on shelf level 2 on the ‘Humidity Low’ function and cook at 180°C for 30 minutes.
